Ikaros Villa is a beautiful deluxe property on a private estate in Psaltos area between Lindos and Pefkos. It offers an incredible private heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi features as well as a beautiful sea view. The villa is arranged in two floors and it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for couples, friends and families, this villa presents the perfect setting for a relaxed summer holiday in the serene south part of Rhodes.

There are 3 fully air conditioned bedroom, two of them have a double bed and one of them has two single beds. Upper floor’s bedrooms open up to a beautiful furnished balcony where you can admire the panoramic sea views. Each bedroom has a smart TV with satellite channels. There are 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower and one sharing wc. Also, there’s a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation as well as a living room with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

The villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and Smart TVs with satellite channels in every bedroom and the living room. Other useful amenities are the safety box, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed.

Welcome to Villa Ikaros, our home away from home in the beautiful island of Rhodes. This welcome book is intended to help you get acquainted with the area and our home. We’ve downloaded our 40 years of area knowledge for you to enjoy! Favorite restaurants, beaches, and more. Along with our area guide you’ll also find everything you need to know about our home. From air conditioning to the pool. You will find a bound copy of this guide in the home, which you are welcome to take out with you during your stay so you won’t need to print this out.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

Lindos is described as the jewel in the crown of Rhodes and you only need to visit once to really understand why. This is a magical village that captures the heart of everyone who sets foot on its cobbled streets. At an only 5 minute drive you’ll find everything you might need during your stay such as shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Diagoras airport and Rhodes city center are an hour away. You shouldn’t miss visiting Old Town of Rhodes which is known as the oldest inhabited medieval town in Europe. Also, Prasonisi beach, which has unbelievable scenery, is found only 45 minutes away.
